The Glendale City Council “Work Boot Tuesday” Meetings are part of an ongoing monthly meeting series dedicated to taking councilmembers and residents outside the confines of the council chambers and into the community to experience various city services and departmental operations. The purpose of these on site sessions is to put boots on the ground and allow the Councilmembers to familiarize themselves with the people and operations that deliver services to Glendale residents and businesses.
The “Work Boot” meeting for the month of March will be hosted by the Community Development Department – Mobility & Transit Section on Tuesday, March 22 at 3:00 pm. The meeting will convene at the Municipal Services Building Plaza Fountain, located at 633 E. Broadway, Glendale 91206. Participants will get an overview of the tour, learn about the regional connectivity outline, and receive a tour of the Glendale Transportation Center. Portions of the tour will include bus transfers and walking tours.
Work Boot meetings are great opportunities for members of the public to tour and learn more about City facilities and services.
